Administrative Assistant (4/5)


What will you do?
  • The main purpose of this job is ensuring the administrative support of the teams within ADESA Belgium
  • You support the different teams (Auction, Sales & Trading) to assist them in their administrative tasks, meaning to have daily contact with your colleagues, suppliers and clients
  • You monitor the correct and on-time follow-up of vehicle documents and will take action when necessary
  • You watch carefully the presence of missing car accessories.
Who are you?
  • You are motivated and have a strong preference for administrative work
  • You have good communication skills; You are proactive, a team player and a problem solver
  • You are a fast learner with good analytical skills and sense of detail
  • You have a first experience in a similar position
  • You speak and write good Dutch but also English and French are required to communicate with your colleagues and clients
  • You live in the surrounding area of Tienen.
